the room was overall, fine but being forced to crawl to access the fridge? absoltuely ridiculous. and not to mention, no breakfast services, which woudl ve been a lovely touch. i was really hopeing for a complimentary gesture to make up for the inconvenience, but apparently that's too much to ask.
